Becoming a member of the St. Joseph County Association of REALTORS® also includes membership in both the National Association of REALTORS® and the Michigan REALTORS® along with many other benefits.

Becoming a member is easy. Once you are licensed by the state, just follow these steps:

Obtain an application from the Association office.
Complete and submit the application along with your membership dues. (Current or past members of another Association will need to include a Letter of Good Standing from their former association with application).
The applications will then go before the Board of Directors at the next scheduled meeting for approval.
Once approved, all new members must attend the 1 day orientation offered by the Association.
